Curriculum / Subject Area: ICT/Cross curricular
School Phase: Primary

Are you making best use of the wireless network in your school? Have you got the resources to use wireless connectivity? The aim of the session is to show teachers how to access resources to support teaching and learning such as Knowledge Box and the Internet. In addition other Northumberland Digital Resources such as Interactive Resources, Big Bus, The Pirate’s Chest and Other Body Parts and other Shoofly Resources through Nortle.
At the end of the session a set of 5 Samsung Netbooks are available for a short loan back in school.

Places are limited to 6 per session in order to allow for each delegate to borrow kit.

If schools have laptops or netbooks in school already they may prefer a school based session so that their school can maximise the resources they already have in school.
