|
NQTs
are a particularly vulnerable group in not fully
understanding the implications of their own use of
technology. This course will give an overview of the trends in the use of technology by young people and its implications both for pupil safety and for the safety of adults working with young people. There will be a particular emphasis on examining the guidance relating to appropriate use of technology by adults working with young people in communicating with pupils and their parents. It will also highlight the latest developments, and resources available for teaching e-safety to pupils.
