the project started with all year 8 students visiting the quayside area, beach and park in Blyth to take photographs

at each location they were asked to find specific things to photograph

a picture with lines
evidence that someone had been there
a picture which includes metal and stone
looking up and looking down etc.

each group also made a panoramic image at each location

working with writer carol clewlow the pupils made a selection of images around themes
