At Astley High School we were able to use a computer suite of 11 machines and the RM Tutor programme to make demonstrations of some of the processes we wanted the students to use.
In describing the mouse operations we used the following convention
Image>Adjust>Brightness
and Contrast, in
which
Image is the item
to be clicked on in the main menu bar,
>Adjust
is the item selected from the drop down menu which appears and >Brightness/Contrast
is the item selected from the next drop down menu or dialogue box .
We split our workshops into seven one hour sessions.
