Evaluation >>>Conference home>>> Seminar sessions

Thank you to all who attended our seventh Northumberland ICT and e-learning Conference on 9th July this year and made it such a success.

We're always impressed by the comments which you take time to write at the end of a long day, when all you want to do is enjoy an icecream and go home!

We've read all the evaluations carefully and include here a selection of comments and photographs of the day.

Overall comments

Just as last year, really useful - just wish I could have gone to other sessions as well, spoilt for choice!

Sessions timed well, prompt, informative.

Had a lovely day and came away with lots of ideas and resources to embed ICT in school.

A good interactive and informative conference. Lots of very useful info and sites.

Still a lovely day to reflect on ICT and get fab new ideas.

Nice to see new software demonstrated. Encouraging that Northumberland invest in quality products.

Learning about new programs to use across the curriculum, not just ICT lessons, that are easy for all abilities.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. It’s great to catch up with all recent developments and feel really motivated to move on in schools.

The ideas – it’s easy to get stuck in a routine but days like today remind you about what we are really here for – learning.

Great. Thanks to everyone for the hard work that goes into preparing the conference.

What improvements would you suggest?

Venue with better internet connectivity (we had a lot of comments about this!)

Earlier in the year, please! It is always a struggle to get here when there is so much going on in the last few weeks of term, yet I wouldn’t want to miss it.

I know this is unrealistic, but more session slots so that I could go to other seminars as well.

More availability on popular courses.

The opportunity to attend sessions as courses later on  eg. could not do ‘Weather Studio’ today – would have liked the opportunity to attend a session at Hepscott next term.

None – a perfect end to the week.
