Although this sheet is based on information from a book it shows clearly the method of production that would be used in industry.  Marks were awarded for the acknowledgement of industrial constraints in the specification, for the quality control procedures used during manufacture and for the modelling of an industrial method of production when producing the menu, (artwork was scanned into the DTP layout, use of network to send design to remote printer and use of high quality glossy paper).
