Manufacturing by Design
National project providing free copies of Design view software to schools. The National Manufacturing Council aim to support the use of CAD in Design & Technology at KS3 and KS4 and to promote electronic communication between schools/companies using the Internet.

Cabaret Mechanical Theatre Education
Good site with a variety of educational resources available. Many schools will be familiar with the shop in Covent Garden and the work of the CMT designers from D&T television programmes. Resources are available to buy ranging from videos and books to actual mechanical models.
