Using Dazzle and Pages to make a Christmas Card: Part 2

Step 7
Now you need to add a picture to the inside of your card.
Click on the palette icon
  on the menu bar.
If you want to use one of your Dazzle stamps, you need to open the ProgramFiles folder, find Dazzle, then open the 'Mystamps folder'.

To turn your picture upside down, double click to select it, then click on the green square. The hand pointer will turn into a circular arrow.  Keep the mouse button held down and drag the picture around.

Add pictures and text to the front and back panels of your card.  To check your layout, change to 50% view so you can see the whole page.  To do this, click on the Looks icon on the top menu bar, click on 50% in the window which appears....

Change view to 50%

....then click on OK

 

Step 10

Now you can see the whole page. 

Check that it is all lined up! 


Your pictures and text should be in the centre of each panel.

Make sure that they don't overlap the blue guidelines.

All of the instructions need to be deleted.


You can drag out your Dazzle picture to make it bigger.

Step 11
Now you need to delete the instructions and the guidelines.
To do this, double click on each piece of writing to select it, then click on Delete.
If you find the lines difficult to delete, try dragging the mouse over them rather than double clicking.

Finally, it's time to print.  Click on the print icon on the top menu bar.
Fold your finished card carefully.
Post it in plenty of time for Christmas!
