What are Online Safety Briefings?

These are sessions which last for a maximum of 2 hours (that are free to attend) where we skim the surface of such a broad range of online safety subjects, changes, research and resources; downloading as much information as we possibly can – a briefing session in its truest sense.

Everyone then has access to an online resource area with links to all the materials we reference so they can investigate the bits that are relevant to them. We also signpost sources of help and support too.

These briefings are primarily aimed at senior leaders and those with a safeguarding responsibility but also to anyone working with children and young people.

Each session will include the following updates

Latest technology overview; opportunities and threats
Latest research conclusions
Ofsted frameworks
Legislation update
Latest tools and resources
